Swap Fees

When swapping crypto-currencies, there will be a small charge for every swap.

Card Payments

Token Listings

If chains or tokens wish to be directly included in the LedgePay system, they are subject to pay listing fees, similar to brands placing their products in grocery stores.

Buyer/Seller Protection Fees

When doing payments for goods or services via the LedgePay ecosystem, a small fee applies if the buyer decides to opt-in our buyer protection program.

Instant Bank Transfers

If people want their funds available in their back account immediately, we charge a fee of 1% with a maximum of $15 per transaction.

3rd Party Transfers

When sending money to 3rd party services and bank accounts, we charge a small fee which will include gas fee costs and a service charge (avg below $1).

UniSplit Diversification Charge

While we strive to provide a cost effective service for everybody, free members will be subject to diversification charges when using UniSplit. Nonetheless, these will be lower than withdrawal fees of competitors or cards.

LedgePay Payment Processing

LedgePay will process crypto transactions for merchants as popularity and user base increases. Initially, this will be a free service during our beta roll-out. Eventually, this will be paid. Vendors will be charged on different subscription models.

• Free: 2.5% + 10 cents per transaction

• Business Lite ($19 per month): 2% + 5 cents

• Business Pro ($199 per month) : 1.5% plus

Future

Micro Loans & Paycheck advances

LedgePay PoS Terminals

Once developed, we will sell a variety of crypto PoS terminals that will allow businesses to accept crypto payments directly from wallets via NFC technology - without the need for pseudo decentralized crypto-debit cards.

Cashback/Commision Programs

Partnering with select vendors that accept LedgePay payments. That referral commission is then split between the user in form of cash-back and us in form of revenue.

Accounting & Payroll automation

Payments made via LedgePay that occur between a LedgePay user and a LedgePay merchant will have automated invoice attachement to ease accounting hassles for both sides. The invoice will be transfered together with the blockchain transaction and automatically visible with the payment within the app.

Enterprise Solutions

Payment solutions & integrations for business will be available in the future. It is time to move away from PayPal & Stripe.

Insurance

Insurance will be available for LedgePay card holders, similarly to current providers. Furthermore, we aim to provide an automated insurance network for our users in the future - fully decentralized with low premiums.
